John Hogan is the founder and CEO of TeenForce. He co-chairs the Opportunity Youth Partnership, is a Jefferson Award recipient, and was recognized as a 2013 Champion of Change by the Obama Administration.

Tom Fandre is TeenForce’s Senior Business Development Manager. He was an entertainment and marketing producer for Walt Disney and Mattel. He then earned a Master’s Degree in psychology and devoted himself to helping at-risk youth. He has helped local non-profits enrich lives with housing, mental health services, family and community connections, work and education.

Laura Forrest is the South County Branch Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice. Laura worked as a technical recruiter in the engineering field and has volunteered at Rebekah Children’s Services.

Stephany Fuentes is the Opportunity Youth Program Coordinator at TeenForce. She holds a B.A. in sociology from the University of California, Davis and an A.A. in psychology from Gavilan Community College. As an alumnus of programs serving first-generation and underrepresented students like Cal-SOAP and PUENTE, she values the impact we may have on our youths’ future.

Lisa Haynes is the Silicon Valley Career Technical Education Branch Manager. She has years of experience in both the staffing industry and working with college youth. Her strengths are cultivating strong relationships, perfectly pairing Silicon Valley companies with ideal job candidates, and making a meaningful impact in the local community.

Gina Micheletti is the TeenForce Accountant and HR Manager. She graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in commerce in accounting. During college, Gina volunteered for multiple organizations dedicated to the youth of Silicon Valley. She also served as a calculus and algebra tutor and mentor for underserved high school students.

Michael Morales is a TeenForce Program Assistant. He is a full-time student at San Jose State University pursuing a B.A. in Social Work. He currently volunteers as an Adult Supporter for the Santa Clara Chapter of the California Youth Connection (CYC). Michael is a former foster youth and enjoys helping both his foster peers and justice-engaged individuals.

Annette Perez is a TeenForce Youth Employment Specialist. She has 20 years of experience working in the staffing/recruiting industry and has an extensive background working in education as a career service advisor assisting students with their internship and job placements.

Laura Phelps Laura is a TeenForce Youth Employment Specialist. She holds a B.A. from Fresno State in Public Relations and has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources, helping employees reach their full potential. Prior to joining TeenForce, Laura worked in the hospitality industry and was a high school teacher.

Sue Pires is a TeenForce Youth Employment Specialist. Sue has over ten years experience working directly with youth in education. She has volunteered with various non-profits such as Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence, Silicon Valley Children’s Fund as well as serving the local Santa Clara County homeless community.

Rachel Rehert is the TeenForce Marketing and Reporting Specialist. She graduated from University of Southern California with a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish. Rachel transitioned from working in research to nonprofits in order to have a more direct impact on youth in the community.

Sonya Trac is the TeenForce Opportunity Youth Branch Manager. She holds a B.S. in Justice Studies and is completing her Masters of Public Administration. Previously, Sonya worked in the banking and financial industries and spent over 10 years volunteering with organizations serving at-risk and foster youth, such as DFCS, EMQ, and CASA.
